Project Co-ordinator
Job Description:
-
Coordinate daily activities and ensure all works are carried out by workers
-
Attend internal and external meetings with PM
-
Ensure all aspects of Quality Control
-
Conduct daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety measures on site
-
Make pro-active response on site problems and resolve immediately with PM’s advice
-
Exercise materials wastage, tool & equipment and labors control
-
Ensure all contractors are safety-inducted and issued with Permit before commencement of work
-
Record all defects and ensure proper documentation
-
Prepare project progress report to PM on daily and weekly basis
-
Recommend risk control measures
-
Ensure proper project documentation including email communication
-
Issue work checklist to site supervisor
-
Assist with ordering of materials and verify all delivery order
-
Any other duties as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
-
At least 3 years’ experience Interior Fit-Out works or relevant construction industries
-
Possess the relevant safety certifications like BCSS
-
Candidate must possess at least O Level or Diploma in Engineering / Construction or related courses
-
Relevant experience in Interior Architecture and/or Structure trade

Job Description:

Plan, organise and carry out project management activities to ensure projects are executed smoothly and effectively
-
Ensure that safety procedures are incorporated in all project management activities and take initiatives to promote a safe working culture
-
Plan for site mobilisation and work sequential execution
-
Conduct close supervision, site checks, close monitoring of site progress and swift resolution of any work issues
-
Ensure that risk management is taken into account in all project management activities
-
Ensure that shop drawings are completed and submissions to the authorities are carried out in a timely manner
-
Conduct project kick-off meetings, daily meetings and project closure meetings with clients, consultants and other relevant parties
-
Update and summarise all project development performance in monthly management meetings
-
Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors on contractual matters
-
Ensure timely response to consultants’ and all other requests in a pro-active and timely manner
-
Ensure that all project documentation are maintained effectively including email communication
Job Requirements:

Minimum 8 years’ experience in Interior Fit-Out and/or Building Construction industry
-
Minimum Diploma in Construction management / Civil Engineering or equivalent
-
Relevant experience in Interior Architecture and/or Structure trade

Coordinate with clients on the incoming tender

Pre-qualification and prepare all necessary documents for submission

Support Quantity Surveyor in handling queries

Effectively organize and track all the submission documents

Search for tender opportunity from different tender platform

Liaise closely with marketing team on the incoming tender and status of tender

Prepare tender responses and proposal submission and work closely with other team members and contributors for tender interviews
